Todd Curry - Todd was born and raised in Chattanooga , Tennessee . After graduating from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 1983, he moved to Denver Colorado and started a career in accounting while attending the University of Denver to obtain a masters degree in taxation. His accounting career concluded in 1998 as Director of Finance/Taxes after 8 years with Information Handling Services so he could pursue his love and interest in real estate. He worked for a national firm for approximately 1 year before starting his own real estate company, Centennial Real Estate Group.

As a licensed C.P.A. in Colorado and diverse finance and education background, he believes that he can better serve his clients through the real estate process. Todd continues to stay on top of the current real estate issues and trends through by earning numerous nationally recognized designations of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), and ePro (Internet Certification Program).

Terri Ferguson - Terri is a Colorado Native, growing up in the Denver metro area. Terri has been married for over 21 years to her husband Bert, Business Development Manager for LaserCraft Inc. – a company that provides innovative solutions for law enforcement agencies across the country. Both Terri and her husband share a fondness for travel here in the United States as well as tropical destinations due to their interest in scuba diving. Terri really enjoys outdoor activities such as playing tennis, golf, hiking, fishing and mountain bike riding. As a “people person”, Terri has a genuine passion for assisting others to achieve their dreams.
