Adams County Schools

Adams County consists of seven districts, four of which are located in the Denver metro area. District 12, which covers Thornton and Northglenn, is by far the largest district with a Fall 2002 pupil membership of 33,522. Adams 50 follows with 11,000 students, Brighton with 7,277 and finally Adams 14 with 6,998 students. The county is large in size covering most of the northeast metro area.
