Colorado State Parks Internet reservations coincide with the same site
availability as the Central Reservation Office.
Cancellations or changes to a reservation cannot be made online. These
transactions are processed through the Central Reservation Office during
regular business hours.
The site inventory will become available at the six month window. If the
six month window falls on a weekend or holiday, the site inventory will
not be available until the next business day that the Central Reservation
Office is open. This gives all customers equal opportunity of making reservations.
Discounts for Aspen Leaf customers are adjusted after calling the Central
Reservation Office, during business hours, to have the reservation fees
adjusted for any applicable discounts. The refund is credited back to
the original credit card used for purchase.
A site has not been reserved until payment has been entered and you receive
a reservation number from the system. As many a 22 reservations can be
in progress at any given time. A site may show to be available at the
start of the reservation process, but may no longer be available by the
time the site is selected.
Internet users accept responsibility for entering accurate information
and correct site selection, assuring the site will accommodate your equipment.
Site changes will not be made once you arrive at the park.
When making a cabin or yurt reservation, please call the Park, Region
Office or Central Reservation office to receive your lock combination.
Be advised that all reservation policies and restrictions apply to Internet
customers.
ReserveAmerica (a private company) handles Internet reservations for Colorado
State Parks.
Most users do not experience problems with their Internet reservations.
However, because of the complexity of connections, browsers and software
on the Internet, interactive sites such as ours will at times malfunction.
