 One
of America's most notable mountains, Pikes Peak, has a 14,110 summit,
which is accessible by road or trail. This majestic peak, overlooking
Colorado Springs, has been featured on everything from billboards to covered
wagons. Now this beautiful mountain plays host to the infamous Pikes Peak
Rally Race up to the summit annually and a number of other events.
From the base of the mountain all the way to the summit you will experience
some of the most breath taking scenery in the world.
The entrance to Pikes Peak is located about 15 minutes west of Colorado
Springs on Highway 24.
